About Kelly Falk, our company owner and CEO.

Kelly grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Hudson High School, but not before being crowned the Pepper Fest Queen of North Hudson.

Kelly attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse before transferring to the University of Minnesota to continue her education, graduating as a Certified Ophthalmic Medical  Technologist, a trade in which she has enjoyed working in ever since.

Kelly discovered her passion for motorcycle riding in 2008 when she asked her husband Jay to teach her how to “drive” their motorcycle…just in case she ever needed to. She was immediately hooked and within a year owned her own 1100!

In 2009 Kelly, along with her husband Jay, was introduced to a product that would eventually become Boner’s Bug Buster and Chrome Cleaner. She formed BoneHead Products LLC in January of 2010 with one philosophy, provide problem solving and care products to motorcycle and automobile enthusiast that actually work, and work better than the competition, and if you’ve tried our products we know you’ll agree.

Kelly is a tireless worker who enjoys owning a company and taking are of business “behind the scenes” while she continues to work in ophthalmology. She whole heartedly believes in the products her company distributes and often enjoys working the show circuit when time allows.

In July of 2012 Kelly was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and has been courageously fighting that battle with the prayers and encouragement from her friends and family…and many of you. She has finished chemo and is on the road to joining the Breast Cancer Survivor Club. She’s kickin cancer’s ass and movin on! This is one gal you just can’t keep down.

About Jay Falk, President of BoneHead Products

Jay grew up and graduated high school in North Branch, MN before heading to college at Mankato State University (at least that’s what they called it back then), where he studied business and aviation, receiving his pilots license before running out of money and joining the Army National Guard.

Jay trained as a Huey helicopter mechanic and received both a Certificate of Achievement from the United States Army and a Special Award for Outstanding Achievement from Bell Helicopter Textron for being selected the Honor Graduate for the 67N Helicopter Repair Course. He served a total of 7 years before receiving a Honorable Discharge.

Jay has an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural leadership ability that has served him well throughout his adult life. He was co-owner of National Hobby Company, the largest hobby shop of its kind in the mid to late 90’s.

Upon closing the shop in 2002 due to a loss of lease on their building and deciding not to move, he was tapped by a successful manufacturing plant to become their manager of manufacturing and quality control. Jay spent 4 years with this company before going off on his own again and purchasing a pool and spa store in 2006. The housing market crash helped in Jay’s decision to close the pool store in 2010, several months after Kelly started BoneHead Products. He now works full time as President of BoneHead Products, where he is constantly working on new product development as well as searching for other worthy products to add to their company’s offerings as well as seeking out and growing new markets.

Jay is an avid motorcycle rider and will most often be found tearing up the twisties (preferably with Kelly) when he’s not working the show circuit.
